Bouncy House!

Clem, his friend Zoe, and her mom Sam & I went to the Acton Discovery Museum for the morning.  Clem got his first bounce in the bouncy house!  We were the first ones there so it was a good way to introduce this hesitant man to the joys of bouncing.

Bitey Kisses

Bigger Boy Bed

Finally, we took the side off Clem's crib and now he has a new "door" to his bed.  It's working out well so far, with no escapes,a nd Clem continues the tradition of reading in bed for a leisurely time after he wakes up in the morning.  We are looking forward to not lifting him quite as much!

Busy Weekend

Last weekend was a whirlwind: Clem and I returned a pie basket to Roberta, a master pie baker from my NEWTS club, and her huband Larry was kind enough to humor Clem's mania for all things fan by setting up 3 of their 6 fans all at once.  I think it might have been the best day of Clem's life so far...

Then we spent Father's Day morning at John's mom's place, and even though it was a bit chilly, Clem & I took a dip in the pool.

Then on our way out of NH we stopped for one more photo shoot, where Clem shows his goofy side. I wonder where he gets it from?

Swimming Lessons

Clem and Ben just finished their "Perch"-level swimming lessons at the Y.  I think they enjoyed it, but maybe the anticipation and post-swim towel wearing was the best.

Strawberry Picking

We went to Tougas Farm with Tiffany & Morty to pick strawberries. It was Clem's first time but he quickly caught on and picked half the strawberries.

Morty enjoyed plopping the berries in the box:

It was near-perfect weather and a good time was had by all!

Future Shredder

Or is it Thrasher?  I'll have to ask John.

Ever more daring

Now he just goes for it in any way that strikes his fancy.

How To Descend

A Trip down the Esplanade

On a warm January day we took the train downtown for a walk along the Esplanade - Clem loves the T and the escalators, so the walk was just a bonus.  Dogs, geese and snacks were everywhere!
